- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- All sales are final with no returns or refunds due to the custom nature of our products
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice
- Payment must be received in full before production begins
- We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
4. Shipping and Delivery
- All shipments are carefully packaged and fully secured to ensure safe delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
